We may use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with you about your healthcare, such as appointment reminders or medication instructions. We will only use SMS to communicate with you if you have opted-in to receive such messages.
Opting In and Opting Out of SMS Communication
You have the right to opt-in or opt-out of receiving SMS communications from us.
To opt-in, you can reply "YES" to an SMS message from us asking if you would like to receive future messages.To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any SMS message from us.
